1. What is ACP?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a government assistance program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to grant low-income households discounts on monthly broadband services and connected internet devices.
This program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward cellular service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 on Tablet, if they contribute an amount of more than $10 but less than $50 for the device.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly cellular service discount and a one time discounted device per household.
2. What ACP Benefits are offered by z1Wireless?
At z1Wireless eligible recipients of the ACP are eligible for unlimited voice calls and texts and up to 10GB of data auto-subscribed monthly, fair usage policy applies.
3. What Device does Z1 Wireless offer under ACP Benefits?
Eligible ACP recipients are allowed a one-time discounted brand-new tablet including free cellular service with talk and text and data.

8. When I will get my SIM card?
We will mail out your complimentary SIM card as soon as you are approved for the ACP program via our ACP Application page. You should get an email with updates as well.
